Another year, another Gen Con just around the corner! The Best Four Days in Gaming are happening in Indianapolis from July 30th to August 2nd, and you can bet that Dire Wolf is going to be there… with a few fun surprises!

Clank! Celebrates its 10th Birthday!

It’s the tenth anniversary of Clank! A Deck-Building Adventure this year, and we’ll be celebrating it big-time at Gen Con!

Debuting at Gen Con: The Clank! Master Thief Edition!

Earlier this year, we announced the Master Thief Edition of Clank!, and it’s making its debut at Gen Con! This updated version of Clank! A Deck-Building Adventure will be available for purchase at the Dire Wolf booth, so be sure to pick up your copy if you want to raid some freshly renovated dungeons!

As an added bonus, each copy of Clank! Master Thief Edition will include a $5 discount voucher for the upcoming Cube of Holding Kickstarter!

Celebrate the Dragon’s Birthday Party!

On Friday and Saturday (at noon and 6 PM respectively) we’ll be throwing a birthday party for Nictotraxian the dragon! (Call her Nicki!) At these special events, there will be giveaways, prizes, and a special Clank! scenario using the Clank! Master Thief Edition!

In addition to Clank! Master Thief Edition, we’ll also have Invincible: The Hero-Building Game, Season 2 available for the first time at the Dire Wolf booth! Pick up this new expansion to save the world all over again with four new heroes, and get a free promo card in the process!

A Conspiracy Brews in the Dune: Imperium North American Championship!

Once again, players will compete for title of Emperor of the Known Universe in the Dune: Imperium North American Championship, this time with a special twist! The next Dune: Imperium expansion, Conspiracy, will be making its first appearance in this tournament, with a playable subset in the semifinals and finals rounds. We’re not ready to reveal the new expansion in full quite yet, but whether you’re playing or spectating, you’ll get a small taste of it at the Gen Con tournament!

Join us in Event Room 141, where we’ll be running board game events all day every day!

As of right now, all tickets for the following events have sold out. However, in case of cancellations, events are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you see one of these that catches your eye and you don’t have tickets, note the time and day and stop by — there may just be an opening!

Learn to Play – War of the Dragon: The Wheel of Time^®

War of the Dragon: The Wheel of Time^®, the grand epic strategy game based on Robert Jordan’s fantasy masterpiece, will be playable to the public for the very first time in Learn to Play sessions! Experience a playthrough of Hero Mode, either uniting the Westlands as the Light, or taking dominion of the world as the Shadow. Like what you see?
