Dune: Imperium Digital Release Notes 1.3—Beneath the Sands

From bug fixes to performance optimizations, we’ve tidied up behind the scenes to ensure your journey through the world of Arrakis goes smoothly (more or less, considering the danger).

In this patch, we’ve focused on addressing your event feedback and fine-tuning AI, cosmetic issues, and more.

New Features and Improvements

  • Challenge order has been modified for an improved difficulty progression.
  • Added SFX to better message when you have gained priority during combat.

  • Improvements to event leaderboards have been added to make it easier to reference your own position.
  • AI is now properly evaluating Imperium card acquire bonuses and other fixes that make them more powerful than ever.
  • Added additional hotkey support on the skirmish landing page and results screen.
  • Steam Deck fixes and improvements
  • Skirmish modifier wording improvements

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved various bugs and inconsistencies associated with controller usage, ensuring a smoother overall experience.
  • Improved a number of cosmetic issues related to timers, action log, and card animations.
  • The Mentat Certificate achievement will now properly be awarded after completing all tutorials.
  • Players may no longer invite the same friend to take up multiple player slots in a single online game.
  • 1280×1024 should now correctly display Imperium Row.
Happy exploring!
