The War of the Dragon: The Wheel of Time® Kickstarter Is Ending Soon!

The Kickstarter campaign for War of the Dragon: The Wheel of Time^® — the first-ever official board game adaptation of Robert Jordan’s epic fantasy saga — has earned the support of over 4,000 passionate backers, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

As we move into the final days of the Kickstarter — closing at noon Eastern on Tuesday, June 23rd — let’s take a look at the journey of War of the Dragon over the past few weeks, and at some of the content and exclusives that await backers when the campaign fulfills early next year.

Kickstarter Exclusives: Character Unlock Bundles

All backers will receive three special Kickstarter-exclusive Character Unlock Bundles with each copy of the game in your pledges. 

These three Character Unlock bundles include a set of promo cards and an alternate artwork standee (plus a miniature for backers of The One Power™ Edition), representing iconic versions of  Rand, Egwene, and Perrin!

Solo Mode Revealed!

One of the late-campaign reveals was a much-requested one — the unveiling of Solo Mode! Tailored for players who want to go it alone against the forces of Shadow, this is a mode that was explored during development, and fleshed out when fans made it clear just how much it was wanted. For those of you who are solo-first gamers or just want the option to relive The Wheel of Time^® in your own time, thanks for letting us know this was important to you!
