Five New Tournament Starter Bundles For June 2022

With the second Expedition Open of the 2022 World Championship Season coming up soon, we know many players are eager to compete and try to qualify for Worlds and earn a piece of that $100,000 prize pool. But building decks can be daunting, and its always useful to have more Shiftstone on hand to help change your existing decks, or build a new one altogether.

With that said, we at Dire Wolf Digital are excited to announce the return of Eternal Tournament Starter Bundles. This simple, straightforward offering includes a ready-to-play Expedition deck, an exclusive alt-art card (and in the case of Chirganth & Curiox, new alt arts of their created cards), plus Shiftstone to help add to your collection.

There are five decks available for purchase: Curiox’s Journey, Chirganth’s Fury, Vikrum’s Cruelty, Valley’s Law, and Arcanum’s Radiance. Each deck is geared towards a different strategy, so players can pick the style that suits them best. Each deck is built around a marquee staple from Cold Hunt or Valley Beyond, updated with a brand new alt-art only available in these starter bundles! This is an easy way to get your hands on some of Expedition’s most important cards, and are valuable additions to your collection as you go about building decks on your own.

Each Tournament Starter Bundle also includes 6,400 Shiftstone: enough to craft eight Rares or two Legendary cards, or some sweet premiums if that’s your thing. In addition, each deck contains a number of high-rarity Expedition staples. These cards are a great foundation for any player, and can be converted into additional Shiftstone as well. While this product is geared towards new players, between the exclusive alt-arts, Shiftstone, and high-rarity staples we believe this will be attractive to many veteran players as well.

Curiox’s Journey with Alt Art Curiox, All-Seeing & Dragon’s Eye

.Curiox, All-Seeing makes his presence felt, providing the top end of this Elysian deck built around card drawing, tricks, and flexibility. Torgov, Icecap Trader keeps the action coming, while Alhed, Mount Breaker turns any drawn unit into a game-breaking play.

Chirganth’s Fury with Alt Art Chirganth, Ice Regent & Numbing Cold

.Chirganth, Ice Regent headlines this Skycrag deck, built around Frenzy and Spell Damage. Cards like Serpent Hive and Torq, Ballistics Crafter provide card advantage and flexibility, while a variety of cheap damage dealing spells either clear out opposing units or go straight at the enemy player.

Vikrum’s Cruelty with Alt Art Huntmaster Vikrum

.Huntmaster Vikrum turns your opponent’s best friends into their worst enemies with this Xenan deck, backed up by removal, sacrifice effects, and token generation. The Rat King lets you sacrifice any stolen unit while also boosting Grumbo, Tota Legend through the roof.

Valley’s Law with Alt Art Furious Magniventris

.Furious Magniventris stomps all over any Valley intruder with this Argenport deck, full of Relics, Weapons, and other cards that help you dominate in combat. Black Book, Pit Boss can strip your opponent of a key card while Warcry’ing up future units, and Stormhalt Plating serves to provide the finishing touches.

Arcanum’s Radiance with Alt Art Riva, Crimson Blur

.Riva, Crimson Blur serves to fuel all manner of combos in this Praxis deck centered around gaining power and Unleash units. You can play powerful threats like Inferno Phoenix or Solux, Blinding Radiance ahead of schedule, while Dunehill Clan can make an army of Giants in longer games.

These Tournament Starter Bundles are now on sale  for 2,000 Gems, and will be available only for a limited time. Players may purchase one copy of each starter bundle.
