Gen Con 2024 Recap!

The crowds are gone. Stalls and decor are stored away. You can hear the gentle hum of vacuums in the convention center… Another Gen Con is in the books, and we’re already looking forward to next year!

The Best Four Days in Gaming

Gen Con 2024 once again took Indianapolis by storm, bringing together tens of thousands of gamers, designers, and enthusiasts from around the world (oh, and a wolf or two). The energy was palpable, and the excitement was contagious as fans flooded the convention center for four days of pure tabletop bliss.

Run, Run, Run!

As the doors swung open for the “Running of the Nerds” on day one (a beloved and sometimes debated) tradition, the Dire Wolf booth was quickly swamped. With a limited number of early copies of Clank! Catacombs: Lairs & Lost Chambers (pre-order yours now!) up for grabs, the lines formed quickly each day until every copy was claimed!

Meanwhile….

In fearsome tradition, the third annual Dune: Imperium North American Championship got underway in the Dire Wolf Event Room. The winners fought fiercely over the course of four days, but in the end, there could only be one! This year’s victory went to Brandon Manning!

New Horizons: Ark Nova Goes Digital!

The surprises kept coming with the unveiling of Ark Nova Digital. Known for its complex strategies and deep gameplay, Ark Nova has been a fan-favorite since its release. The digital version promises to bring the same depth and excitement to the online platform, allowing players to build and manage their own zoo-y havens from the comfort of their homes. 

The Final Day!

The surprise announcement of Dune: Imperium – Bloodlines hit on the final day of Gen Con, making its way to local game stores in 2025!  Building on the success of its predecessors, Bloodlines introduces new Leaders, mechanics, and a more!
